(1)   Full package fee (in single room): 500 Euro (Including all accommodation (four nights in Kastamonu and one night in Safranbolu) in single/double rooms, admission to scientific programme, welcoming cocktail, farewell dinner, coffee/tea breaks, breakfast, lunches for four days (except 1st September) and dinners for five days, abstracts CD and symposium bag, airport shuttle (in Kastamonu), field trip in Safranbolu, Yenice Forest in Zonguldak, guidance for touristic places in Kastamonu and Safranbolu. 

 

(2)   Accompany person fee: 300 Euro (Including accommodation in double room with spouse, welcoming cocktail, farewell dinner, breakfast, lunches for four days (except 1st September) and dinners for five days, airport shuttle (in Kastamonu), field trip in Safranbolu, Yenice Forest in Zonguldak, and guidance for touristic places in Kastamonu and Safranbolu.

 

(3)   Only registration fee: 100 Euro (Including admission to scientific programme, lunches, coffee breaks, abstracts CD and symposium bag, and  airport shuttle (in Kastamonu).

 

(4)   Registration fee + Field Trip: 180 Euro (Including admission to scientific programme, lunches, coffee breaks, abstracts CD and symposium bag, airport shuttle (in Kastamonu),   field trip in Safranbolu, Yenice Forest in Zonguldak (including accommodation 1 night in Safranbolu), and guidance for touristic places in Kastamonu and Safranbolu.

 

Registration and payment is mandatory for authors of oral and poster contributions (15th August, 2015). Otherwise the papers will be removed from the final technical programme. 

 

VISA

An official "Letter of Invitation" to obtain a Visa and/or authorization to attend the symposium will be issued after the Registration Form has been received for those who need it. The Turkish visa policy changes according to countries. You can reach details information below link:
